He took part into prospective projects related to new technologies in the framework of programmes managed by the Directorate General Information Society. His various missions in Russia, Europe and in the West Indies has reinforced his expertise in the field of multicultural and multi-purpose IT management
Anne Loune is a specialist in ergonomy and web communication. She has been designing and implementing the communication plans and the web promotion of major pan-European projects such as LARGE. She has a solid experience in organising international web marketing and promotion on the Internet.
Jan Verbecke has carried out audit and implementation missions at Belgacom (The Belgian national telecommunication company), as well as in the framework of the MEDA programme of the European Union.
